When the phrase "short sale" was not yet heard of in 2006, I started handling short sales when the market was peaking, to help homeowners who bought their homes with "100% financing" and/or under "stated income/stated assets" and wrapped in all closing costs but couldn't afford the home.  During the last few years where the market was flushed with short sales and foreclosures, I have been constantly updating my knowledge and obtaining training /certifications in the short sales and foreclosures.  To date, I have closed all my short sale listing and sales transactions, except one due to the high delinquent amount of HOA dues no one could pay when the lender disapproved.

My previous work in environmental consulting and marketing gives me an edge when it comes to helping you buy or sell real estate.  A former marketing manager, I take my marketing plans to a new level with innovative ideas that help maximize clients' return on their investment.  Utilizing my knowledge in marketing and finance, stemming from an MBA, I view each transaction from a business perspective. My finance background shines in helping both buyers and sellers explore different financing and investment options.
